2026-2027
The East Hampton Nursery School uses a first-come, first-served policy when registering students. We hope to accommodate all families who wish to enroll their children in our programs, but in the event that a class becomes full, a waiting list will be established.
All students need completed enrollment forms, signed EHNS policy documents, and a $75.00 registration fee per student to be considered for the requested program.
Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year will open on the following dates:

Initial registration fee of $75.00 will be directly billed via Brightwheel to the email listed on the enrollment form once registration closes. Students will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis once all materials are received.

Early Pre-Schoolers

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30am-11:30am
Age 3
Recommended for those learners who will turn 3 by December 31st. Our early preschool program is full of hands-on activities and fun, safe and creative educational activities with opportunities for small group and guided activities.

Extended Day Program
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30am-1:00pm
Age 3
Recommended for learners turning 3 prior to September 1st. Our full day program offers the chance for our early preschoolers to have extended social connections by having lunch in our classroom and daily outdoor play.

Older Pre-Schoolers

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 8:30am-1:00pm
Age 4 and 5
Recommended for those learners who will turn 4 by December 31st. Our older preschooler three-day program incorporates more advanced learning opportunities with teacher guided learning, independent activities, field trips and daily outdoor play.

5-Day Program
Monday through Friday, 8:30am-1:00pm
Age 4 and 5
Recommended for learners turning 4 prior to September 1st. Our older preschooler five-day program offers the chance for social connections and development with our younger preschoolers and additional academic enrichment programming. Priority will be given to learners turning 5 by December 31st.

Spaces are on a first-come, first serve basis and cannot be held by request for new or returning preschoolers.

In the event that a preschooler tuition is not paid by the 5th of the month that the monthly tuition is due or tuition is not paid at all, then a late payment charge will be added onto your balance owned. Late charge is dependent on your selected payment plan.
2 payment installment plan fee= $175.00 Late Payment Charge
3 payment installment plan fee = $115.00 Late Payment Charge
10 month installment plan fee= $35.00 Late Payment Charge
Payment Information
The first tuition payment is due JULY 1st and is non-refundable. This holds your child’s spot in the program that was reserved during registration.
If payment is not received by JULY 1st, your child’s spot will no longer be held and that spot will be offered to a student on the wait list.

All Payment Transactions for your students must be processed through Brightwheel using ACH methods
Parents receive a text or email invitation from Brightwheel to connect to your child’s profile. Brightwheel can be accessed via the app or a web browser.
You can download the Brightwheel mobile app in the Apple and Google Play app stores.
Additionally, it is the policy of the East Hampton Nursery School that if your family has two or more children from the same family enrolled at the same time, a 10% reduction of tuition will be applied to the lesser amount(s).
Payment Options:
1 lump sum payment - due July 1st (10% off total amount due)
2 equal payments - due July 1st and January 1st (5% off total amount due)
10 equal payments - first payment due July 1st, September 1st, October 1st, November 1st, December 1st, January 1st, February 1st, March 1st, April 1st, and May 1st
Late Pick-Up

In the event that a preschooler is not picked up by their designated, authorized adult, the family would be automatically billed on the next tuition statement for the extension in teacher supervision time needed for safety.
$20 Late Pick-Up Charge/10-Minutes

$60 Late Pick-Up Charge/30+ Minutes
